These terms govern the booking and provision of private passenger transport (airport transfer) by Tomáš Lovnianský (the “operator”). By booking on transferletisko.sk you agree to them. This English text is a translation for our international customers; in case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails.

1. Booking and price

  • The price is calculated from the route length returned by the map service at the time of booking and is final – it includes motorway tolls, bringing the car to your door, luggage and waiting time under section 3. The minimum fare is €39.
  • For pick-ups between 22:00 and 6:00 a night surcharge of 10 % of the fare applies; it is already included in the price shown when booking.
  • The booking is created by paying the full amount online. We confirm it by e-mail.
  • Nothing is paid in the vehicle. If a surcharge under sections 2 and 3 arises during the ride (extra waiting, interior soiling), we charge it after the ride: we e-mail you a payment link stating the reason and the amount, payable by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Online bookings are accepted no later than 12 hours before the requested pick-up.
  • All prices are final and in euros. We are not a VAT payer, so no VAT is charged.

2. The ride

  • Maximum occupancy: 3 adult passengers. Children who must travel in a child seat or on a booster (up to 150 cm) are not carried at the moment.
  • The driver picks you up at the agreed address at the agreed time and helps with your luggage.
  • Interior soiling (e.g. mud, a spilled drink, food stains): €50.
  • Extreme interior soiling (e.g. vomit): €150.
  • Smoking and vaping in the vehicle are prohibited.
  • Soiling fees and extra waiting are charged after the ride via a payment link sent by e-mail (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) under section 1.
  • Luggage capacity matches the Mercedes-Benz EQE (2 large suitcases + 2 cabin bags). Please note oversized luggage in the booking note.
  • Animals are carried by prior arrangement, in a carrier.

3. Flight delays and waiting

  • For airport pick-ups we check the actual arrival time of the flight number you entered and adjust the pick-up time to it. For a return trip, please also give the return flight number. The customer never pays for a flight delay. The 60 minutes of free waiting are counted from the actual landing of the aircraft, not from the originally scheduled arrival time.
  • For pick-ups outside an airport we wait 15 minutes from the agreed time free of charge.
  • Once the free waiting time is over – at the airport or elsewhere – a fee of €20 applies for every started half hour of waiting, charged after the ride via a payment link under section 1.
  • If the ride cannot take place for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount paid without delay.

4. Cancellation

  • Up to 24 hours before pick-up (inclusive): free cancellation, 100 % refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: cancellation fee of 50 % of the fare.
  • No-show without notice: 100 % of the fare.

  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with and we confirm them by e-mail; they usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

We handle complaints within 30 days of receiving them at info@transferletisko.sk. Consumers have the right to turn to the alternative dispute resolution body – the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk).

6. Transport licence and supervision

We provide the transport under a taxi service licence granted pursuant to Slovak Act No. 56/2012 Coll. on road transport; the licence number and the authority that issued it are listed in the operator details at the top of this page. Compliance with consumer protection rules is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).
